Kylie Minogue – M6 Mobile Music

Filed under: Love Of Music @ 4:40 am
She might have turned 42 only a few weeks back, but Kylie Minogue will not let a little thing like age get in the way of a headline-grabbing performance. The Australian pop princess guaranteed all eyes were on her as she took to the stage in an electrical blue dress that was slashed up to the hip on each side. Unveiling acres of her comely legs, the tiny starlet obviously has no intention to age gracefully as she wowed the spectators at the M6 Mobile Music Live event held in Paris.
With her lighter blue undies perceivable beneath, the flowing dress was not a total success with the tight belt straps pushing the flesh out round her hips in an unflattering demeanour. Kylie performed her hit Can’t Get You Out Of My Head and new single all of the Lovers, from her upcoming album Aphrodite, besieged by masculine and feminine dancers in front of a 25,000-strong crowd at the Parc dpartemental de l’Ile St Germain. And that wasn’t just Kylie who got raunchy – her dancers proceeded to strip down to their underwear in the song, just as they do in the video for the new song.
The show was filmed by French channel M6, and should be televised on June twenty-six. The Australian pop princess exposed the new single helped induce her whole LP. She revealed : ‘This is among the first songs to have once been written for this disc. ‘During its recording, I knew that it needed to be the 1st single from the album because it completely reflects the ecstasy. ‘ Playing up to her raunchy image, Kylie recently reported a listing of female celebs that she would kiss : ‘Angelina Jolie’s experienced, so that helps. But so far as hot girls go, Scarlett Johansson. Megan Fox is pretty also. ‘ the crooner, whose album is scheduled for release on July 5, has vamped it up in the last few weeks before the launch. She’s been seen onstage in numerous attractive looks, as well as a daring photoshoot for US mag Black Book.

Hiding Your Flat Screen TV when It’s Not in Use!

For many families, the television has become the focal point in the family room or home theater room. This usually means the TV takes up a huge amount of space and is what much of the furniture and lighting is designed around. But that looks a bit unnatural when the TV is turned off.

There are a number of different ways to hide a flat panel TV while it is not being used by integrating the feature into the overall home theater room design. Several use a static image to display a piece of art or favorite family picture. Others use complex mounting units and screens to cover the TV when it is not being used. A professionally designed theater system can integrate any concept you have to make the room stunning both when in use as well as when not.

Below are several display options offered for home owners as they decide how they want their flat panel TV to be hidden when not in use.

Screensaver Displays

Considering many LCD TVs are simple displays like those used by computer users, they can be prearranged to display art and photos when they are not in use. Using a screensaver unfortunately, requires the TV to be on so it is not recommended for long periods of time. It is best for use during entertaini parties.

Custom made Art Covers

Custom art overlay options are becoming more common. A specific art peice can be made to be fitted over the screen when homeowners are not using the TV. This is an inexpensive solution that does not require any new wiring or customized mounting.

Many homeowners wish to hang their flat panel TVs above the fireplace. For a traditional use, a wooden frame can be installed around it, as a result turning your television into a mantel piece. Professional installers can also design an automated system that slides a screen cover over the flat panel.

Other Considerations

Most home theaters don’t incorperate the TV alone. Mounted televisions are more difficult to incorporate into an entertainment system due to the fact that all the essential connections need to be run through walls. Wireless technology for these applications is improving but is not yet dependable.

Custom home theater installers can offer advice on the best way to arrange DVD players and receivers to match the ingenious look of a hidden flat panel television.

Choosing the appropriate option to hide a LCD TV into a room’s design can be complicated. The size and shape of walls or the way they are built can limit your installation options. Place the television in the appropriate spot for viewing, and then start taking into account installation options.

La Roux to Take New Musical Direction in 2010 as They Look to Expand on First Album

Filed under: Love Of Music @ 10:38 am

For their next album, the duo behind electro-pop outfit La Roux plan a less commercial experience for their fans. In an interview with BBC 6 Music, La Roux singer Elly Jackson discussed the duo’s sophomore effort as well as an upcoming 6 Music Live Combo collaboration with Heaven 17. In 2009 La Roux’s In For The Kill music video became one of the most watched on social video sites.

Jackson confirmed that their next album would incorporate elements of disco and that it was “going to go a lot less mainstream, but it’s a bit of a gamble.”

The singer explained: “I’m certainly not going to try and make a mainstream record and I’m not going to try and make a non-mainstream record. We’re going to make the record that me and Ben want to make, but I have a feeling it’s going to be less mainstream.”
She went on to say that both she and La Roux producer Ben Langmaid were looking forward to working with the new wave band Heaven 17.
“We’re very, very chuffed to be teaming up with Heaven 17,” she said. “We feel very lucky and when it got mentioned I think Ben nearly wet himself.”

The duo and Martyn Ware, keyboardist of Heaven 17, have been fans of each other’s work for quite some time now, according to Jackson: “He asked to come to one of our very first-ever shows. He came and he didn’t get in – the bouncer wouldn’t let him in. He was the only person I was bothered about turning up and I thought he didn’t come. He emailed me and said ‘they wouldn’t let me in’ – very annoying.”
Since the mishap the connection between these musicians only grew stronger.

“Martyn and Ben have gone out for tea,” Jackson confirmed, “and talked about music and synthesizers and have had a real geek-off, it’s been quite funny.”

Of the upcoming collaboration Jackson told 6 Music: “I think it will be interesting, and I think whatever we do will be fun as well – it won’t be serious.”

Agreement Reached to Show Music Videos on Youtube

Filed under: Love Of Music @ 7:57 am

Green Day, Metallica and Madonna music videos will be returning to YouTube. Ending a nine-month standoff, YouTube said on Tuesday that it had reached an agreement with the Warner Music Group that would return the label’s music videos to the video Web site.

Warner Music had demanded that its videos be removed last December after licensing talks stalled with YouTube, a unit of Google. The deal means YouTube has agreements in place with the country’s four major record labels and four major publishers.

As it did in its previous deal, YouTube will share advertising revenue with Warner. But the terms of the new deal are believed to be more advantageous for the music label, although the companies refused to comment on the terms or the details of the negotiations.

The San Carlos video site, which is owned by Mountain View Internet giant Google, announced on its official blog today that it has reached a deal with Warner Music Group that “covers the full Warner catalog and includes user-generated content containing WMG acts.”

“With Warner on board, we now have artists from all four of the major music labels and publishers together with hundreds of indie labels and publishers on our platform,” Chris Maxcy, YouTube’s director of partner development, wrote on the blog.

“Warner will also be able to sell their own ad inventory and will use our Content ID technology to claim and monetize user-generated videos uploaded to YouTube by Warner Music fans,” Maxcy wrote.

Adults Music Teachers in Chicago

Filed under: Love Of Music @ 6:31 am

Children who enjoy music shouldn’t help but to find
a good teacher who gives piano lessons, or another craft of their
preference, and master it. A professional guitar school in Chicago
probably has talented teachers who will show you learn to read and
play in various types of music, instruments and genres. You don’t have
to look very far to select a Chicago music school offering personable
and talented music teachers.

Let’s look at voice lessons. There’s little doubt, the guitar is a
significantly popular instrument (I also highly endorse the
xylophone). They are embraced for their flexibility. A good piano
teacher might teach you a whole mind-blowing sound every time!
Dissimilar from the all-too-typical cheesy piano lessons, brand-new
Chicago music schools are the revolutionary groundbreaking way to
learn the skill by playing your favorite songs.

So what, whether you just embarked on your journey or you haven’t
played since you were born–Chicago piano lessons can help musicians
learn the tunes that you hear. Choose from href="http://www.backbeatmusic.net/ChicagoGuitarLessons.html">Chicago
guitar lessons, Father and Child singing instruction, elementary
music instruction for the kids and especially classical piano classes.
It never fails, cheap family members will still tell you to learn your
piano scales, guitar tabs and how to carry a beat before moving onto
complete guitar songs you hold dear. But lessons are typically
affordable,

These young teachers are acquiring an entirely contrasting
approach. Basically there are heaps of fun overtures! But the most
important matter to take home is that guitar lessons, and music
education of any genre should be experienced socially. Playing music
is love and that’s the secret.. Music classes are here forever.
