BE Broadband Bring in Geeks-on-Wheels for Customer Support

BE Broadband and Geeks-on-Wheels are teaming up to provide better service to the customers. Under the service, BE Broadband has decided to provide on site back up computer services to its small business broadband subscribers and home subscribers.

It has approached Geeks-on-Wheels, which is an expert in troubleshooting computer related problems. Thus, BE subscribers will be able to get the benefit of all Geeks-on-Wheels services now.

Confirmed the tie up, the Managing Director of Geeks-on-Wheels, Jamie Shaw, said that the service will be beneficial for both the parties and will ensure a high quality service to the customers.

In addition to providing the service, BE is trying to get a 15% reduction in the price slabs as well. The current rates of Geeks-on-Wheels require a customer to pay £63.75 for the first hour of service in London and after that £31.88 for every half an hour. The charges are slightly lower in other places like Sussex, Surrey and Kent, where the hourly rate is £55.25 for the first hour followed by £25.50 for every half an hour.

BE has also started a scheme to mark the launch of the new service, under which it is providing free internet for 2 months to all new customers of Geeks-on-Wheels. They will also not be required to pay any connection fee for one year. They can avail this offer by registering with the code ‘GEEKS’ on the BE website.
